3. Why does my wick have a black "mushroom" shape after burning?
This can be the result of carbon buildup. To prevent this issue, trim the wick after each burn, and if you see mushrooming during a burn, blow out the candle, trim, and relight
4. How long can I burn my candle at a time?
We don't recommend burning your candle for more than two hours at a time. If the candle is burned for longer than two hours the container may overheat and is at risk of cracking
