Unused, unlit, and unopened candles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Email litcandleskelowna@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

Lit or partially burned candles, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
