Terms of service
The terms that apply when you shop with Lit Candle Company.
Last updated: these terms are reviewed periodically and apply to litcandleco.ca.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors.
Availability
Because our candles are made in small batches, stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.
Candle safety
Our candles are made for home use. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
