Where we ship

We ship across Canada, with select shipping available to the United States. Exact availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Processing time

Orders are hand-packed in West Kelowna, BC and typically leave our studio within 1–2 business days of being placed. During busy seasons (hello, holidays), please allow a little extra time.

Delivery times

• Within BC: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of Canada: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• United States: typically 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier.

Candles and heat
